Ubertor.com vs MyRealPage.com

How does MyRealPage.com stack up against Ubertor.com?
We compared a new MyRealPage website with an Ubertor website using Google's Webmaster Guidelines.
This is what we found:

Google says: "Make sure that your TITLE tags are descriptive and accurate"

The Ubertor Realtor website system automatically creates descriptive and accurate title tags for every page of your website.  Here is the title tag from one of our clients websites:

This MyRealPage website launched with undefined title tags that are not descriptive and accurate.  Here is what is this MyRealPage home page title tag:

- Note - See how the Ubertor website is descriptive and accurate so that Google knows what is going on with the page.  The MyRealPage title tag tell Google nothing about the page that it is on.

Google says "Offer a site map to your users with links that point to the important parts of your site."

The Ubertor Realtor website system automatically updates your website's sitemap with ALL of the pages of your website.

This MyRealPage website does not include all of the pages within the site map.  Where are all of the individual listings pages?

- Note - The My Real Page website only shows the main pages and does not automatically update when new pages are added and in many cases does not include pages at all.  All Ubertor real estate agent websites have sitemaps that update automatically with EVERY page within the site.  That means every page, every sold listing, every active listing, every blog post, etc has a link from the sitemap.

*Bonus* With an Ubertor website you don't have to wait months for Google, Yahoo! and MSN to crawl your site?  XML Site Maps communicate your New Listings, Blog Posts, Pages; updates, modifications and deletions proactively in the manner the search engines want.  For $11.00/month Ubertor can setup your website to communicate directly to the Search Engines.

What does Google see when it comes to your website?
(Hint: Google can't see images and the look of your website is irrelevant)

Here is what an Ubertor website looks like to Google:

Here is what a MyRealPage website looks like to Google:
my real page styling off
- Note - We turned off the styling on the page.  This pulls the look and feel out of the website.  This is what Google sees.  Notice how the Ubertor website is clean with the most important information at the top.  The My Real Page site has a flash image at the top which Google can not see and then a sort of site map.  Their clients name is not even on the home page!

Page Not Found?  Why not try to help users that are going to a page that does not exist on your website?

The Ubertor system takes you to the website's site map when a user goes to a page that does not exist
(page searched - http://www.mariofelicella.com/nopage )

This MyRealPage website takes you to a page that says "We are sorry, the url you requested doesn't exist on our servers."
(page searched: http://whistlerblackcomb.info/nopage )

- Note - Why not help your visitors find their way?  Sometimes you delete a page on your website, but what if people still have the link or the search engines have indexed it.  You don't want to loose that visitor.  MyRealPage makes it hard for the user to get to the website while Ubertor makes it as easy as possible by taking them to the sitemap where every page can be found.
